If I could submit no stars I would. The Barton street branch in Hamiltonhas got to be the most inefficient place I have ever dealt with in my life.They say no fee banking but ding you for anything at every turn. And if you ever have a problem they are so incompetent no one will deal with it even when you need help to fix it . The manager Nik Katic is the only person who can do anything there and only when he feels like it

The team at this branch are just downright fantastic. I've had members go above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate the personal, friendly service I recieve on the occaisions I visit the branch in person. I don't get into a branch often, but my visits here are always excellent.

What is the point of an ATM if it's closed at 6? Fix this! Put a card verification or something so people can get money when they need it

It is the opinion of myself and my wife that First Ontario Ombudsmen is ignorant and negligent in duty . It is also a known fact that First Ontario committed a financial crime with intent without investigation in full before doing what was done against our exceptional financial reputation. I am not suggesting that in all cases the bank commits a financial crime but in this case it seemed done out of malice with intent .A criminal is one that only is caught and because I believe I can prove my accusation to the Financial regulatory that over sees Credit Unions I can say with some certainty that a crime of a financial nature has taken place allowing me to accuse the bank of an attempt to penetrate one against us . Time will tell and that is why we have a legal system ! But in my eyes and thinking they are crooks whether done with or without intentional motive as a crime is a crime and ignorance of the law is no excuse.
