So, I came to withdraw $35 from my checking account here at this branch, but unfortunately couldn’t, because I didn’t have an ID on me, even though I have my account number and online banking available for more info if needed and I have done it before with my signature, I understand this could happen if someone doesn’t have their ID on them but what I didn’t appreciate is the way that employee “Joylyn” were talking to me, very rude, provoking and disrespectful… I would like the head office to know about her in case if more negative reviews, and definitely taking my business away

When we opened our accounts the one Senior Customer Service Rep Named Harshdeep helped us out ALOT, and he had answered all the question we asked. and we left VERY Happy & Cant wait to come back in the near future.

The tellers are the worst. I came in early February asking to double up on my car payments to pay off early and have the amount come out every Tuesday. I also made a lump sum payment. The lump sum payment went through no problem but they changed my payment to be $200 less per week when that’s NOT AT ALL what I asked for. I was very clear, they didn’t even print off confirmation to be sure we were on the same page. So now I’ve paid off significantly less than what I was budgeting for. Never using them ever again!!!
